Lindenderry at Red Hill

Chroma Group was engaged to complete the refurbishment and FF&E procurement of guestroom bathrooms, corridors, lounges, function spaces, and restaurant areas at Lindenderry at Red Hill, a 34-acre estate on the Mornington Peninsula.

Delivered within a live operating hotel, the project required careful coordination of staged works, bespoke fixtures, premium finishes, furniture procurement, and guest-facing presentation to support the estate’s repositioning as a refined regional hospitality destination.

The completed refurbishment created a refreshed and elevated guest experience, combining country estate character with contemporary comfort and helping re-establish Lindenderry at Red Hill as one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most sought-after destinations.
