Saint Haven Wellness Centre- South Yarra

Chroma Group delivered the first Saint Haven private wellness centre in South Yarra, establishing a premium wellness environment within the Capital Grand building.

The project involved significant structural works to reinforce three pools, along with the delivery of sauna and steam facilities, a yoga studio, cryogenic chamber, wellness bar, and gym. Given the complexity of the wet areas, Chroma Group undertook detailed waterproofing checks and staged testing throughout construction to ensure performance, durability, and long-term operational integrity.

Combining specialist wellness infrastructure with refined guest-facing finishes, the completed centre created an immersive and highly functional environment aligned with the Saint Haven brand’s focus on recovery, performance, and private luxury.
