Chroma Group delivered the redevelopment of Surf City Motel in Torquay, transforming the existing property into a contemporary food, beverage and wellness destination.

Works included motel room upgrades, a new wellness centre, apartment reconfiguration, new kitchen, bar and restaurant facilities, along with new services, structure, glazing, roofing, deck, landscaping and lift access.
