Chroma Group were engaged to deliver the refurbishment of Urban Rest Melbourne, an existing 29-storey high-rise hotel building located in Melbourne’s CBD.

The project involved the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing guest accommodation, including guest rooms and bathrooms, lift lobbies, and basement gym facilities.

The works required careful management and coordination of services, FF&E and various refurbishment elements throughout the existing building, with a focus on delivering a cohesive and considered finish while maintaining the functionality of the hotel.
