Sydney Common is more than just a hotel restaurant, it is a space designed to captivate and inspire. Working closely with designers Mitchell & Eades we crafted a dynamic series of dining areas, each boasting distinctive features from changing parquetry to textured columns. Our open kitchen concept invites guests to witness culinary artistry first hand, with chefs working tirelessly on broad counters and hearths, adding a touch of theatre to the dining experience.
