Project Overview

Chroma Group delivered the fit-out of Beverly Rooftop, a hospitality venue located on Level 24 of Goldfields House in South Yarra. The project was undertaken within an operational building and required coordination with existing tenants and base-build works to deliver a new rooftop venue.

Chroma Group was engaged to deliver the hospitality fit-out works in alignment with the client’s design intent, programme, and operational requirements.

Delivery Constraints
The project involved high-level access constraints, coordination with a separate contractor installing a retractable roof structure, programme requirements, and quality standards appropriate to a premium hospitality venue.

Delivery was managed through planned staging and sequencing of works, with close coordination between Chroma Group, consultants, base-build contractors, and building management to align construction activities with access and programme constraints.

Quality & Safety Controls
Quality and safety were managed through established construction controls appropriate to elevated, public-facing hospitality environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory, building, and operational requirements.
