Cleo at Melbourne Place Hotel

Chroma Group completed Cleo, the newly reimagined rooftop bar at Hyde Hotel Melbourne Place in Melbourne’s CBD, transforming the venue into a vibrant and multi-functional rooftop hospitality destination.

Inspired by Eastern Mediterranean influences, the refreshed space combines considered materiality, lush landscaping, smart lighting, upgraded AV, and enhanced kitchen facilities to create a flexible venue with a strong sense of atmosphere and guest experience.

The scope included a full interior refresh across rooftop and internal areas, upgraded bars and joinery, new furniture throughout, enhanced lighting and AV systems, and a commercial kitchen upgrade complete with a woodfired oven, elevating Cleo into a distinctive rooftop experience within the Melbourne Place Hotel offering.
