LOTI St Kilda

Situated at the base of GURNER’s luxury beachfront apartments, Chroma Group delivered the fit-out of LOTI Restaurant and Bar, creating a high-end hospitality venue that responds to its coastal St Kilda setting.

The works included the installation of two commercial kitchens and a bar, along with the restaurant fit-out, requiring careful coordination of services, hospitality operations, and detailed architectural finishes.

A refined palette of earth tones, soft furnishings, and natural materials created a relaxed beach-resort sensibility, balancing luxury apartment living with a warm and approachable dining experience.
