Onigiri Kitchen & Sake Bar- Little Collins St & Degraves St

Chroma Group delivered Onigiri Kitchen & Sake Bar across two iconic Melbourne locations, Little Collins Street and Degraves Street, creating compact hospitality venues that pair authentic Japanese dining with the energy of Melbourne’s laneway culture.

Each venue balances minimalist Japanese-inspired design with its own urban personality: Little Collins Street offering an intimate, refined dining and sake experience, and Degraves Street drawing on the movement, charm, and immediacy of one of Melbourne’s busiest laneways.

Through end-to-end delivery, Chroma Group coordinated fit-out works, services, finishes, and operational requirements to ensure each space was efficient, welcoming, and visually distinct, resulting in two venues that seamlessly blend Japanese simplicity with Melbourne’s dynamic culinary scene.
