Mantra Epping

As part of Too Build’s Mantra Epping development, comprising 204 guestrooms, conferencing facilities, a restaurant, and brew pub, Chroma Group was engaged to deliver the specialist hotel and hospitality elements of the project.

Chroma Group’s scope included commercial kitchens, restaurant, bar and reception fit-out, and window furnishings, requiring close coordination with the base-building contractor to align services, finishes, and programme milestones. The result was a cohesive hospitality environment that supported the broader hotel development while delivering the specialist detail and operational functionality required of guest-facing spaces.
