Sheraton Grand Sydney

Chroma Group successfully delivered the high-end fit-out of the signature dining venue at Sheraton Grand Sydney, marking the company's inaugural project in Sydney. Delivered under a negotiated arrangement, Chroma Group managed procurement, programme coordination, and construction to create a premium hospitality destination incorporating a new commercial kitchen with wood-fire cooking, pastry display, seafood bar, dedicated vegan kitchen, private dining area, and refined guest dining spaces. The project showcased an extensive bespoke joinery package complemented by premium stone benchtops, fluted glass detailing, custom lighting, and chevron timber flooring, delivering a luxurious environment aligned with the international standards of the Sheraton brand. Delivered within a live operating hotel, the project required carefully planned staging, complex services integration, and close coordination with hotel management, consultants, and suppliers to maintain guest access and continuity of operations throughout construction. Through collaborative delivery, rigorous quality management, and meticulous attention to craftsmanship, Chroma Group successfully realised the client's design vision while meeting programme, operational, and quality objectives within a premium international hospitality environment.
