Lancemore Macedon Ranges

Chroma Group was engaged to complete the refurbishment of Lancemore Macedon Ranges, including guestroom bathrooms, an extended and refurbished reception, lounge, bar, restaurant, deck, and the installation of a new swimming pool.

Chroma Group’s remit included cost planning, design management, procurement, and construction delivery, with staged works carefully coordinated to allow the estate to continue operating throughout the refurbishment.

Set within the 274-acre Springhill Estate, the project transformed the existing red-brick main building through modernised interiors, new extensions, and improved connections to the surrounding landscape, creating a refreshed regional hospitality destination well suited to weddings, conferences, and leisure stays.
