Milawa Hotel (Lancemore Milawa)

Chroma Group successfully delivered the refurbishment of Lancemore Milawa Hotel, a boutique luxury destination in Victoria's High Country, for valued repeat client Lancemore Group. Delivered under a negotiated arrangement, Chroma Group provided procurement planning, programme coordination, and construction management to deliver the refurbishment of 40 guestrooms and guest-facing public spaces within a live operating hotel. Completed in two carefully staged phases, the project introduced a contemporary, fashion-forward interior inspired by the surrounding natural landscape, featuring polished concrete flooring, premium finishes, bespoke joinery, and carefully curated FF&E sourced through collaboration with local and international suppliers. Through detailed staging, close coordination with hotel management, the client, consultants, designers, and suppliers, and rigorous quality and safety management, Chroma Group successfully maintained hotel operations and guest experience throughout construction while delivering a luxury hospitality environment that met the client's operational, programme, and quality objectives.
