Chroma Group was entrusted by Far East Consortium to manage the procurement of loose furniture throughout The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne, supporting the delivery of a premium international hotel environment defined by refined detailing and exceptional guest experience.

Chroma Group managed tendering, value management, sourcing, prototyping, manufacture, quality control, delivery, and placement of FF&E across the luxury hotel. Working in step with the base building programme, the team adapted procurement and delivery sequencing to achieve cost efficiencies while preserving the integrity and quality of the final guest-facing product.
