Ovolo Laneways / Amphlett House

Chroma Group delivered a staged refurbishment across Ovolo Laneways while the hotel remained fully operational, including light upgrades to hotel suites, a refreshed lobby, façade embellishment works, and the fit-out of Amphlett House.

The ground-floor food and beverage venue was transformed into a characterful hospitality space, with Chroma Group acting as the central delivery contact for a broad stakeholder group and coordinating construction activities around live hotel operations.

Amphlett House introduced a vintage-inspired design, featuring green leather booth seating, timber panelling, geometric mirrors, and carefully integrated existing conditions, creating a warm, layered venue that complements the hotel’s laneway character.
