Bistro Saine, Auckland
Chroma Group successfully delivered the high-end fit-out of Bistro Saine and the ground floor public spaces within Hotel Indigo Auckland, creating a sophisticated French-inspired dining destination and welcoming hotel arrival experience for client Ninety Four Feet. Delivered under an early negotiated arrangement, Chroma Group managed procurement, programme coordination, and construction from a cold shell tenancy, delivering the hotel lobby, reception, Bistro Saine restaurant, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, bespoke joinery, custom lighting, coordinated building services, and premium wall and floor finishes. Designed as a refined interpretation of the classic French bistro, the project showcases elegant detailing and high-quality craftsmanship that reflects the Hotel Indigo brand's commitment to distinctive design and premium guest experiences. Delivered within an operational hotel environment, the project required carefully planned staging, long-lead procurement management, and close coordination with the client, IHG, consultants, suppliers, and hotel operations to maintain continuity of service and align construction activities with programme and operational requirements. Through collaborative delivery, meticulous execution, and rigorous quality management, Chroma Group successfully realised the client's design vision while meeting the exacting operational, programme, and quality standards expected of an international lifestyle hotel brand.
