Engaged under ECI prior to the concept design phase of this project, Chroma Group assisted the client in throughout the design tender phase, design management and pre-construction. Within Luma Restaurant and Bar on the Ground Floor the design comes to life as a prelude to the rest of the hotel.

Chroma Group is currently completing a full refurbishment of the Luxury Boutique hotel, The Royce. From guestrooms, suites and public spaces, to the construction of a new glass conservatory and porte cochere, all are being completed with luxurious finishes and appointments throughout the hotel.

Chroma Group were engaged by 94 Feet to deliver the Reception and Lobby at Hotel Indigo in Auckland. Engaged early under ECI, Chroma Group collaborated closely with IHG and the consultant team to bring the vision to life.

Chroma Group were entrusted by Far East Consortium to manage the procurement of the loose furniture throughout Ritz Carlton Melbourne. We managed the tendering, value management, sourcing, prototyping, manufacture, quality control, delivery and placement of FF&E throughout the luxury hotel.

Chroma Group were engaged to deliver Mr Mills & Marmelo; the food and beverage component of the new build Melbourne Place Hotel on Russell Street. This project involved management and coordination of a commercial bar and kitchen, various custom joinery units, services and FF&E.

The first instalment of the Saint Haven private wellness centres that Chroma Group have been engaged to deliver. The project contained a large component of structural work to reinforce the 3x pools, sauna and steam room in the Capital Grand building at South Yarra.

Bistro Saine is a sophisticated addition to the Auckland dining scene - a refined take on the classic French bistro. Chroma Group were engaged by Ninety Four Feet to complete the fit out of the ground floor public spaces, including lobby, reception and Bistro Saine.

Chroma Group were engaged by Merivale to complete the first stage of the overall refurbishment planned for the Lorne Hotel. Totti’s décor gives a nod to the 70’s with chequered cork floors, sorbet terrazzo and terracotta ornaments.

Atop the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Chroma Group were engaged to complete the fit out of Atria Restaurant on Level 80 of the new tower. We coordinated the delivery and installation of a commercial kitchen, bar and pastry bar, among several high-end finishes throughout the rest of the reception and dining areas.

Chroma Group were engaged to undertake the refurbishment of Smith St Bistrot in the heart of Collingwood, Melbourne. This project included the construction of a new mezzanine level and feature staircase connected the ground floor to mezzanine and the first-floor private dining room.

Beverly Rooftop’s operator and repeat Chroma Group client engaged us to facilitate the delivery of this space atop Goldfields House in South Yarra. The space boasts 270-degree views out to the city. The design features marble, travertine and terrazzo finishes, with brass highlights throughout.

Chroma Group’s inaugural project in Sydney was to complete a high quality dining space on level one of the Sheraton Grand Sydney. The scope comprised of a new commercial kitchen which incorporates wood fire cooking, a pastry display, seafood bar, vegan kitchen and a private dining area.

Chroma Group were entrusted by valued repeat client Lancemore Group to undertake the refurbishment of their Victorian High Country destination, the Lancemore Milawa Hotel. Completed in two stages, the refurbishment involves a redesign of the public spaces and 40 guestrooms in a fashion-forward design.

Chroma Group were honoured to contribute to the reconstruction of the Melbourne institution, La Mama Theatre, after it tragically had burned down in 2018. The spaces consist of a theatre, a rehearsal room, a ‘hang-out’ space, employee offices, ticket office and an outdoor bar and lobby area.

The aim of this project was to achieve a point of difference in the Melbourne boutique hotel market by providing top-quality finishes in conjunction with their prime location to maximise revenue. The refurbishment of the six guest rooms will go-on to provide a benchmark for future hotel works.

Chroma Group completed the full refurbishment of the Marina Resort in Nelson Bay. The project transformed the existing hotel and restaurant into a luxury 48-room resort featuring a new resort-style pool and associated buildings. The property now takes full advantage of its spectacular views across Nelson Bay.

Chroma Group were engaged by Pro-Invest to complete a light refurbishment of the rooftop bar at the Kimpton Margot Sydney. Our scope included furniture procurement, custom joinery, new commercial kitchen, as well as  lighting and glass detailing to the bar area.

Chroma Group were engaged to complete the full refurbishment of an existing 113 room, 7 storey hotel including guestrooms, bathrooms, reception, restaurant, bar, rooftop terrace and external façade upgrade. All aspects of the construction process managed by Chroma Group.

The refurbishment of the guestrooms at Balgownie Estate was delivered over two stages across six accommodation blocks on their rolling Yarra Valley property. Each accommodation block contained three different suite types, each suite included a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

Chroma Group were engaged by RACV to complete a refurbishment at their Healesville Country Club venue. In addition to the main bar and restaurant, we also managed the construction of the alfresco dining area which features custom banquet seating and a timber battened ceiling.

Situated at the base of GURNER’s luxury beachfront apartments, Chroma Group completed the fit out works of LOTI Restaurant and Bar. Works included the installation of two commercial kitchens and a bar, as well as the fit out of the restaurant in fitting with the high end beach resort design.

Chroma Group were engaged to manage the much needed refurbishment of the public spaces, including guest entry, reception, restaurant, bar and lounges, of Rydges Capital Hill. With the use of natural materials, a contemporary pod-style reception and a lounge area built around an elevated and enclosed fireplace.

Chroma Group were engaged to complete the refurbishment and FF&E Procurement of all guestroom bathrooms, corridors, lounges, function spaces and restaurant at the stunning 34-acre estate, Lindenderry at Red Hill. The result is spectacular, now of the most popular destinations on the Mornington Peninsula.

Marriott Melbourne were seeking to refresh the feel of their MClub Bar and lounge areas, as well as a number of guestrooms. The design reflects the concept of transition from night to light, and creates spaces that seamlessly blend warmth, texture, and a sense of calm

Onigiri Kitchen & Sake Bar brings authentic Japanese dining to two iconic Melbourne locations: Little Collins St and Degraves St. Combining minimalist, Japanese-inspired design with the vibrancy of Melbourne’s food culture, offering handcrafted onigiri, traditional dishes, and a carefully curated sake selection.

Chroma Group were engaged as Managing Contractor to complete a bold new renovation of the penthouse level of DoubleTree by Hilton in Melbourne. The project included the conversion of the existing top floor penthouse into seven unique hotel loft suites whilst the hotel remained in operation.

Chroma Group were engaged to complete the refurbishment the 274-acre Springhill Estate has been completely transformed. The existing red brick main building has been modernised, extended and opened up to capitalise on the stunning views - incredibly popular for weddings and conferences.

Chroma Group successfully led the refurbishment of Sydney Central YHA, the largest YHA property in Australia. The project aimed to elevate the interior aesthetics and functional features across all levels, modernising the facility while respecting the heritage aspects.

Chroma Group were engaged to manage the overall delivery of Locanda Restaurant & Public Bar is located in the heart of Melbourne’s iconic Theatre District and offers a sophisticated and relaxed Melbourne dining experience.

Chroma Group’s works at Quincy Hotel in Melbourne included the addition of a stylish bar to the first floor restaurant and signage works to three of the hotel floors, both providing a subtle face lift for the hotel’s food and beverage interiors.

The delivery component of works at Ovolo Laneways included a light refurbishment across all the hotel suites whilst the hotel was fully operational. A refit was undertaken of the ground floor food and beverage venue - Amphlett House, as well as a full fit out of the hotel lobby and façade embellishment works .

The project involved working with services engineers to identify potential future service clashes, and with architects and interior designers to ensure that the end result was cohesive and achieved the desired guest experience.

Working with the client and consultant team to identify potential clashes and buildability issues, and suitability of the chosen materials and fittings.

As part of Too Build’s Mantra Epping development, including 204 guestrooms, conferencing, restaurant and brew pub, Chroma Group was engaged to deliver the specialist hotel / hospitality elements such as commercial kitchens, restaurant, bar & reception fitout and window furnishings.
